Term & Condition

1. Services Jet Stream Clean NZ provides professional exterior cleaning services, including house washing, driveway cleaning, roof cleaning, and commercial pressure washing, across the Auckland region.

2. Quotes & Bookings All quotes are free and valid for 30 days.

Bookings are confirmed once a date and time are agreed upon.

Urgent or after-hours bookings may incur additional fees.

3. Payments Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

We accept bank transfers and online payments.

Late payments may attract an administration fee.

4. Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a call-out fee.

5. Access to Property The client is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the areas to be cleaned.

Please remove outdoor furniture, vehicles, or fragile items from the work area before our arrival.

6. Liability While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues caused by poor surface conditions.

We are fully insured for the work we perform.

7. Weather Policy In the event of poor weather, we will contact you to reschedule the service for the earliest suitable time.
